By implementing a No Idling Policy and participatng in the EPA SmartWay Program and the Clean Truck Program, SLS is able to maintain environmentally-friendly operations. A substantial amount of the materials that arrive at SLS facilities is recycled and the facilities are enhanced to promote energy-efficiency, as reflected in our first LEED certified facility in California.
